Sharing my birthday dinner

On my birthday, I have an amazing dinner at The Hennessy

It is a great place to have teppanyaki. The Hennessy locates at the heart of the city - WanChai, which is quite convenient. It is a great experience to seat at the chef's table. Therefore we can able to see how everything was going. Also, the view and the atmosphere are very beautiful and comfortable.

Next, I will introduce my Teppanyaki set to two-person.

The Tsubaki set came with an appetizer, seasonal salad, three kinds of ashimi, Lobster, Hokkaido scallop, prawn, A5 Wagyu sliced beef, fried rice, soup, and pancake as the dessert.

Fresh seafood was the point! I really liked the lobster, prawn, and beef. lobster & prawn were big enough and elastic. The beef was very tender and succulent with a long-lingering aftertaste.


Fried Rice was mouth-watering too! Cooked with egg, minced beef, onion, and some kind of veggie, some simple seasoning could already bring out the aroma of the beef and onion.

At last, I really want to thank you for my chief for making a wonderful dinner on my birthday!

They were very friendly and polite. I will probably come again :)
